The “Diako” is a hospital for basic and regular care with 250 beds and part of the AGAPLESION association. Every year we provide about 14,000 stationary and 25,000 outpatient patients. With several clinics of different disciplines, certified treatment centres and an interdisciplinary emergency, we offer a wide range of medical services. As an academic teaching hospital of the University of Leipzig, ISO-certified house and local trauma center, we stand for quality, responsibility and modern medicine.

Your tasks

• Support in the development of care-specific structures and processes
• Participation in ensuring the quality of care under legal, technical and quality aspects
• Development and implementation of quality assurance and development measures
• Participation in in-company training and planning and implementation of career orientation events
• independent takeover of projects and working groups

Your profile

• completed training as a nurse (w/m/d)
• completed study in the field of nursing science, care management or comparable degree desirable
• experience in project group work or comparable activity
• pronounced communicative and social competence as well as team skills and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation
• high operational readiness with independent, expertly-competent operation
• good PC knowledge (MS Office package/care-relevant programs)
