We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) at our location in Dormagen to strengthen our fast-growing business unit supporting framework construction.

Commercial and technical project execution of construction projects in support framework construction Offer creation and costing Close coordination with the technical office in the supply and execution phase Contract negotiation with contracting entities Invoicing preparation for the building secretariat Guided tour of construction managers and commercial staff Contract negotiation and management of subcontractors Customer support and new customer acquisition Responsibility for optimal use of resources, in particular the material and human resources

an engineering degree, with a specialist in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or as an alternative to training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience in scaffolding, steel construction or in the construction industry Knowledge of contract law (VOB) and applicable safety regulations strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees an independent, conscientious and reliable operation solution-oriented and experience as well as fun in organizing projects Use of MS Office, knowledge of MS Project and Baumobil are advantageous
