Responsibility for the precise processing of optical components while maintaining fixed tolerances and surface qualities operating, setting and monitoring of CNC polishing, grinding and lapping machines and relevant peripheral devices; Optimizing process parameters to increase productivity and quality performing visual, tactile and measuring quality tests (e.g. surface roughness, covering/edge quality, dimensional accuracy) and documentation according to test plan error diagnosis and correction in the processing process; Coordination with the production planning and the quality assurance team in case of deviations cooperation in process development, optimization and routine maintenance/calibration of the machines; Compliance with safety and environmental regulations cooperation in the interdisciplinary team, clear communication of status, challenges and suggestions for improvement; Ready to 3 times shift

Finded experience or completed professional experience in optical production including all relevant measurement methods Detectional skills in the operation of CNC machines (polishing, grinding, lapping) including setup, optimization of process parameters, programming bases and machine state monitoring Strong fault analysis and problem-solving competence in manufacturing, including cause analysis, corrective measures and documentation according to QM/test plans understanding of process sequences, measurement and calibration methods, as well as readiness to develop work processes Care, precision and pronounced quality awareness with focus on reproducible results and conformity to tolerances and surface qualities Team-oriented communication skills, independent working, time and priority management
