About the job:

• You take over the collection, planning and processing of the incoming orders of our customers
• You are responsible for the handling and monitoring of shipments in the area of ship replacement parts/cross navigation logistics with a focus on air freight
• You take care of the customer
• You have the responsibility for the processing of customer requests, freight costing and supply creation
• You make correspondence with our customers and partners in Germany and abroad
• Also the complaint processing and billing is included in your task field

About you:

• You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding/logistics
• You could ideally gain first professional experience in the field of air freight
• You have a pronounced service and customer orientation
• You have a high level of commitment and are happy to work in the team
• Communication-proof English in Word and Writing complete your profile
