As part of the marketing team at NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO, you will get an insight into the brand management of one of our top brands, create exciting marketing projects and take on various tasks independently. You play an important role in implementing our social media strategy, develop content for our social media channels and report their successes. You carry out market and competition analyses as well as research on trends and new products with which you prepare recommendations for action. You will learn numerous methods of qualitative and quantitative market research. In the day-to-day business, you support the introduction and maintenance of our products, e.g. tastings, the creation of a new packaging design and communication campaigns. You work closely with other functional areas and external agencies.

You have been studying BWL or art related subjects for at least 3 semesters or are in the Gap Year between Bachelor and Master. You have first practical experience through internships, ideally in marketing / online marketing / communication area. In addition to a high level of creativity, you also have very good analytical and conceptual skills. You have very good German and English skills and are routined in dealing with MS Office. You are passionate about coffee and have a high affinity for the digital world – especially social media.
