Pedagogical or Nursing Specialist (m/w/d)

For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Weilmünster, Wohnstätte Bergheim, we are looking for an individual care of a client to work part-time (75-90%).

You take the individual care of a young man with behavioral vulnerabilities in integration into a daily structure. You are motivating and intensifying to the client: in the design of everyday life, care and leisure activities. You see individual people with their individual needs, interests and potentials and encourage them to meet their personality.

You are open to work with people with cognitive impairments. You want to permanently engage and qualify in this area. You keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn € 3.828 or € 4.094 including allowance for housing and SuE allowance, with long-term professional experience up to € 5.132 (based on TVöD-B pay group S8b, full-time, part-time). In addition, an annual special payment of 84.51 % of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme are included. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. You have regular working hours from Monday to Friday. We offer you a long-term professional perspective and the opportunity to switch to other areas within the company.
