Your task includes:

• Safe and efficient operation of chain excavators, thrusters, wheel loaders, roller trains and dumpers – partly with the most modern GPS control.
• Over-regional/assembly use on demanding demolition, refurbishment and landfill sites. Your path to the foreman (m/w/d) is specifically promoted by:
• Support in the organisation and coordination of workflows with a view to subsequent management tasks.
• Participation in targeted training and training measures, the costs of which we take over for you.
• Practical promotion by experienced colleagues who accompany you on your way and expand your knowledge.
• Perspective: The independent management of a construction site team and the acquisition of pre-workers after successful qualification. ### Your profile Ideally, you will bring the following qualifications and characteristics for this position:
• Ideally a completed training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) or relevant, multi-year professional experience in the construction industry.
• High motivation for personal development and for the acquisition of leadership responsibility.
• Willingness to participate in internal and external training and further training to the foreman (m/w/d).
• Flexibility and readiness to travel for work at changing locations – we take over the costs for your appropriate accommodation during assembly operations.
• A self-sponsored and independent working with a view to details and efficiency.
