The vocational training course takes place part-time at the Emil-Possehl-Schule in Lübeck. The training lasts 3.5 years.

You maintain and repair plants – from small electrical appliances to large building systems. You work on regenerative energy systems, such as a block-fired power plant or chip-carving power plant. You learn how to control the different systems (e.g. pressure booster, emergency power plant) and help to identify energy saving potentials. You carry out visual and functional checks and ensure that all systems can be operated reliably and safely. You commission and accompany external companies, instruct them and control the activities carried out. You are tuning with your team and working with experienced craftsmen from different plants (e.g. heating, ventilation and sanitation). You work on site with mobile devices, collects data, and digitizes your work.
