Complete vocational training in the commercial sector or studies, ideally with a focus or further training in the personnel sector Professional experience in personnel and pay billing (ideally in public service) knowledge of collective bargaining, labour, social, pay and supplementary rights, with practical experience (ideally TV-L) Training certificate is desirable Structured, careful and independent operation Reliability, team capability, loadability A high level of communication skills in conjunction with a pronounced service and customer orientation
