The restaurant Pfistermühle offers upscale Bavarian cuisine in real ambience of an old mill of 1573 with 95 seats inside and 30 outside. Our host house Ayingers is living in the 1A square, where the traditional Münchner host house culture is cultivated with 140 indoor and 80 outdoor spaces. „Hopfenliebe und Heimatfühl“ – Our MARIAS PLATZL opened a second house in autumn 2018: 34 guest rooms in a modern and modern style and an event location for events and cultural performances for up to 200 people. In addition, we await our guests with a newly designed WIRTSHAUS AYINGER IN DER AU – at 126 indoors and 110 outdoors, we serve Bavarian host house kitchen “newly interpreted” and also focus on beers of the family-run private brewery Ayinger.

Together with Ilir, our restaurant manager, you are a contact person for our well-established service team and colleagues from other departments. Together, the team as well as the Pfistermühle are leading and developing according to economic characteristics. You as a deputy:r host:in and brand ambassador:in driving the positioning of the restaurant Pfistermühle in the city, regular guests win and take care of events for new guests. During the day, you take care of administrative tasks and are active as a host: in the lunch business. You make sure the service runs smoothly and our guests enjoy a first-class experience with us. You are a real team leader and people manager and have fun in winning new employees together with Ilir: to motivate, train and promote your team. You live our standards and make sure your team knows and keeps them! In addition, you create and implement new ones if needed.

Your basis is a completed vocational training or a study in the restaurant or hotel area. You already bring well-founded service experience, especially in fine dining. You are a host: in passion and already have first leadership experience in the restaurant area. You are a friendly personality that enthuses people for themselves and new ideas. As a manager and colleague, you like to work team-oriented, but you also meet relevant decisions together with Ilir and represent them with arguments that convince your environment. You can combine host- and co-worker-oriented thinking and action with the relevant economic indicators. You want to listen directly and understand our corporate culture - then you like it, because we communicate at eye level.

In some cases, you also run a cross training so that you can get a full overview of the hotel. Your working hours (39 hours/ 5 days) are flexible to the needs of the company together with Ilir. On Sundays and Mondays the Pfistermühle (mostly) is closed. Your business outfit can be cleaned free of charge with us. Our dedicated cooks offer us a fresh and varied breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. A selection of drinks is also available.
