Remedial Therapist / Educator / Occupational Therapist as an Educational Specialist (m/f/d)

The team: You work in a multi-professional team with about 7 colleagues in the Frankfurt city area in the field of assistance in a special housing form. The task: The focus of your work lies in the daily care and motivation of residents with a mental illness. The design: With empathy and teamwork you design and develop the individual participation process. The organization: A team-based service planning, regular team meetings and supervisions complete your work in the provision of participation services.

Qualification: A successful completion as an occupational therapist, healer teacher, educator*in or a comparable qualification. Mindset: Joy in working with people in the team – clients such as colleagues, commitment as well as commitment to complying with and demanding agreements. Working: Organizational talent, a good overview of diverse topics as well as independent and responsible thinking and acting. Experience: First experiences in working with mentally ill people and a recovery-oriented basic attitude are desirable Flexibility: readiness for flexible working hours (Monday to Sunday) as our support is based on the lives of residents.
