You have a close look at the future of our customers: Together with our cooperation partner, you are also responsible for the insurance and pension business. Together with customers, you identify their individual needs and offer optimally tailored solutions. Also in case of damage, you are the first contact person for this. As a coach, you support the consultant:inside the bank, you support it in all matters relating to your core business and enable the bank staff to provide self-preservation advice. Together with the bank, you develop sales concepts to unlock the new business potential and meet the requirements of customers. Specialists of the Alliance are always at your side. You love professional flexibility and structure your working day in your own way. Depending on the task, you work in the bank or with the customers on site.

You have a completed vocational training, ideally linked to first professional experience. You are curious, you can analyze customer situations, derive solutions from them and do not stop you from setbacks. You are respectful in your business environment, you can listen, take the initiative with the necessary sense of duty and bring passion for sales.
