Own-responsible installation and operation of complex, highly automated production systems. Implementation of autonomous maintenance work and maintenance and monitoring of the plants. Ensure the quality of the parts by regular testing and initiation of remedial measures in the event of deviations and disturbances. Ensuring permanent operational safety and compliance with predetermined standards (quality, occupational safety, maintenance). Continuous improvement of processes through active observation and introduction of optimization proposals. Compliance with occupational safety, order and cleanliness at work.

Complete technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant leader, industrial mechanic, motor vehicle mechanic, mechatronic or in a comparable professional field. Professional experience in the handling of automated production systems of advantage. Self-employed and self-responsibility, coupled with systematic thinking and team capacity. High flexibility, commitment and openness for innovations. Ready for multi-layer work. German language skills in word and writing.
