They analyse our various business processes and conduct appropriate measures both for optimisation and for future digitalization. In particular, design, develop and implement efficient IT solutions – for example for our CRM and ERP system – to bring our processes to an even higher level. In close cooperation with the IT department teams and the respective departments, you plan and implement important projects and focus on identifying the most suitable software products. As a competent contact person, you will be happy to forward your expertise to all employees and find answers to questions about IT & Co. Last but not least, keep your knowledge of trends up-to-date and take market analyses as well as reviews on new technologies and software solutions.

Completed studies in computer science or business informatics, alternatively a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development and implementation of IT solutions, at best insights into the B2B business Know-how in software development or system architecture (e.g. routine with the Microsoft Power Platform, programming languages, databases, CRM and ERP systems) Ready to work into the existing system landscape and learn new technologies Problem-solving competence, analytical thinking and desire to tackle different projects in cross-functional teamwork
