Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or Career (m/w/d) with management experience or 3-year training in the social field or completed studies Competent appearance in dealing with residents: women, employees: women and relatives Experience in conceptual work in the field of social care Teamability, social competence and responsibility Organizational talent, reliability and joy in dealing with residents: The respectful handling of elderly people in need of care is of course a matter of course for you – just as the friendly handling of your fellow human beings
