You lead and develop the quality management team successfully and aimfully to ensure product and process quality and customer satisfaction. You run the quality management system at Marktredwitz site and report directly to Vice President Industrial. Their core task is to plan, maintain and develop the QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. You can also control measures (from audits, complaints, projects, etc.). Furthermore, the detection of weak spots, the development/initiation of fault-preventing measures and the evaluation of the effectiveness in your response are in place. The planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits (process, system) and the analysis of audit results complete your task profile.
You have a successful technical study or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the same position in the industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector. You have a well-founded knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as further training for internal auditors (w/m/d). You are characterized by excellent quality thinking and customer orientation as well as a positive communication capability. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
