The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. Your tasks

• Want to digitize? Then, together with us, develop a digital and innovative ecosystem to make the customer experience unique to the companies of the Schwarz Group.
• Become part of our team and implement innovative digital assistants that revolutionize the customer experience in the companies of the Schwarz Group by using GenAI.
• You are the first contact person for our departments and are responsible for the entire process of request analysis, the interface & platform technology.
• You also control the implementation in the software development process together with the associated development teams
• You are responsible for your AI agents and accompany them over the entire product life cycle: from conception, optimization, to corresponding quality assurance measures.
• You support specialist and cross-sectional areas in the 2nd and 3rd levels of support in close cooperation

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of (economic) informatics or information technology or a comparable qualification with a sound technical understanding.
• Detectional experience in Conversational AI, ideally with practical application of Cognigy AI, Google DialogFlow or other leading platforms.
• First touch points with cloud and microservice tools (STACKIT, GCP, Microsoft Azure, API platforms etc.) are of advantage.
• Experience in agile software development processes (KANBAN, SCRUM) and knowledge in JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the development and operation of communication platforms, including tools, technologies, quality assurance, logging and monitoring. *Expressed analytical and communicative skills as well as an independent, structured and targeted way of working.
• Language and English knowledge in word and writing.
