The Service Center Ingolstadt ensures decentralized service provision for 35 locations as well as a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT.

Acceptance of assigned IT/TK posts in the tool, verification of the contractual situation, remediation of faults and their documentation

Implementation of the agreed service level in the area of responsibility, independent monitoring of ticket processing in terms of quality, quantity and SLA compliance

Implementation of the on-site activities within the framework of IMACDs in the IT and TK environment Maintenance and update of mainly hardware and software products at the customer workstation to maintain operational capability Installation, commissioning and update of client hardware and software incl. Instruction at the customer workstation

Cyclical participation in the readiness of call

Complete training as an IT system electronics company, specialist computer system integration or a comparable qualification At least three years of relevant professional experience in the IT and TK environment Comprehensive knowledge in IT, in particular with operating systems, hardware, system solutions, local networks and telecommunication solutions Very good knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases, CMDB/Asset management systems and IT processes Experience in project processing in public service or industrial environment German and good technical knowledge of English driving licence class B
