This is what awaits you as a Product Manager Legal Insurance (m/w/d) Data-driven product development: Strategic development of the legal protection portfolio with focus on customer-oriented solutions - from the analysis of internal and external data to the launch of new products Process optimization: definition of technical requirements for technical implementation and continuous improvement of customer experience at all touchpoints including digital legal services Project Responsibility: Takeover of (partial) project management for strategic projects and cooperation projects in the field of legal protection Market & Competition Analysis: Observation of Market Trends, Regulatory Changes and Legal Technology Innovations to Develop Future Approaches Cooperation management: building and maintaining partnerships and developing new cooperation models Sales development: Conception and implementation of growth initiatives through all distribution channels (exclusive sales, brokers, digital, cooperations) Stakeholder Management: Close cross-departmental cooperation with sales, underwriting, damage, IT, law and external partners

This is what you bring with you as a product manager Legal Insurance (m/w/d) Qualification: Very well completed studies in law, BWL, economics, economic mathematics, insurance or comparable - legal knowledge or additional qualification in insurance law of advantage Industry experience: Multiannual professional experience in product management or portfolio management in the field of legal protection insurance with well-founded knowledge of the German legal protection market Analytical Competence: Impressive ability to analyze KPIs and derive appropriate measures in a complex environment Project Management: Proven successes in managing complex, time-critical projects as project manager:in or Product Owner with internal and external interfaces Working method: High self-initiative and resilience, coupled with solution-oriented, structured and entrepreneurial approach Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and good English for cooperation in an international environment Digital Mindset: Interest in the application and development of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Legal Tech or internal tools such as ChatGPT
