Support, administration and further development of existing cloud solutions, e.g. Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online / SharePoint environment incl. MS Apps, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business) and other specialist applications Participation in second-level support and support of specialist departments Consulting, design and user support of modern workplace topics such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions Analysis and Optimization of IT Processes Analytical acquisition of business processes and implementation in structured solutions

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Deep experience in Microsoft-365 administration and governance, in particular from SharePoint Online and MS Teams Funded knowledge of Microsoft Security and Compliance Center and an affinity for SaaS solutions Interested in copilot for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure Experience in customer support and/or user support High motivation, initiative and commitment Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
