Plant manager for a manufacturing bakery company (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the location including production, technology, quality assurance and logistics Responsible for personnel, budget, achievement of targets and compliance with working, environmental and food safety standards Control and optimisation of production and processes (commission, setup times, throughput times) Management, development and coaching of departments (production, technology/maintenance, quality, warehouse/logistics) Backtechnological optimization (e.g. checking the furnace settings, fermentation parameters, etc.) for quality improvement and waste reduction Active Cause Research in Deviations on the Line Investment management in modernising production lines Location development (reduction of product renewals from the zero series to mass production)

Preferably completed design of the baker or Konditorhandwerks with master title but no need or completed training / studies in the back-tech field Multiannual leadership experience in food production, ideally in bakery or fresh products Experience in highly automated line production (e.g. pizza, cakes, or TK bakery) Understanding the control of large furnaces (temperature curves, humidity, belt speeds) ''Macher mentality'' (present in the hall, decision-making, communication-strong and at eye level with staff) Ability to read key figures but find the solution primarily in the process

Attractive compensation package up to approximately EUR 100,000 p.a. (qualification dependent) with clear target agreements.
