Due to its geographic location, the Karlsruhe–Basel extension and new building line has an outstanding role in regional and international rail transport and is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Germany. It is the heart of the main European freight corridor between Rotterdam and Genoa and makes a significant contribution to sustainable mobility for people and goods. Coordination of follow-up management in the systems of the DB InfraGO route and take over contract control tasks for construction services Retrieval of services taking into account the peculiarities of Swiss procurement law Coordination and control of plan running and running management Work on the procurement planning and monitoring of the purchasing process Participation and support in project management in line with the needs of the project Preparation and coordination of writing, queries/reporting, presentations etc.

Your profile:

You have a (special) university degree as an economic engineer:in or a comparable qualification or training with corresponding professional experience Ideally, you have first professional experience in contract management Knowledge of the application of software packages RIB iTWO, document management systems (Doxis) and SAP are advantageous Very good knowledge of the standard MS Office applications You convince by communication skills, team spirit, safe occurrence, enforcement ability, negotiation skills, coordination skills as well as a dedicated, reliable and independent way of working
