Vehicle documents & Mahnwesen Support for the follow-up of missing vehicle documents, in particular after authorisation actions and first registrations Examination of dealer responses and follow-ups Control of eye-catching retrievals (e.g. direct customer registrations or shipping processes in Internet trading) and support in further clarification Floorchecks & stock checks Support for stock checks (Floorchecks) in the dealer network After-checking of already approved vehicles, e.g. within the framework of transfer agreements Hotline & general support Hotline support in general requests Working with network operations (e.g. document checks) Support for risk and plausibility checks to identify eye-catching trader behaviour

You are an impersonated student (m/w/d), ideally with an economic, legal or organizational focus. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the automotive industry. You work structured, carefully and reliably. You have fun communication and are happy to work in the team. Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel. Own initiative and a quick understanding. Start from 01.04.2026 (or arrangement) until 31.03.2028 (2 years) for 20h per week
