(Senior) IT Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• 1st Level Support & Onsite Support
• Hands-on Diagnosis and Solution of System, Hardware, Software and User Problems
• Secure handling of AD/AAD (Azure Active Directory) and networks (including routers, switches and WIFI solutions)
• Need-oriented training and software support on the user desktop
• Local and national coordination of all IT-relevant topics and cross-departmental dialogue on technical support topics / areas of interest
• Understanding the needs situation in everyday business and effective interaction with suitable technical solutions in implementation

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Long-standing professional experience in IT support
• Practical experience in technical support of PC systems, M365 applications, networks and server structures
• Good and practical knowledge in Exchange, PowerShell, Power Platform, AAD, AD and SCCM
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, in particular AWS or Azure, are advantageous
• Very good language skills in English and German
• Class B licence
