Head of Integration (m/f/d)

Our client is a foundation that has been supporting people in very different challenging situations for about 50 years. In a key position, we are currently looking for a management (m/w/d) for integration aid on behalf of our client. In your exposed role, you are responsible for managing three business areas with a total of eight facilities. You lead the team of the setup managers:in appreciation and modern, develop your facilities and expand the portfolio. You will always have a look at the market and act business. You report directly to the Board of Trustees and are a member of the Executive Board.

Own-sponsored management and further development of the business unit with its facilities – including personal leadership, economic management and conceptual orientation. Sustainable optimisation of structures, processes and offers on the basis of client needs: Strategic positioning and further development of facilities based on market and demand developments Development, development and establishment of new sites and services Preparation, implementation and negotiation of remuneration rates with cost-beneficiaries Close cooperation with the Management Board and other areas of the Foundation Active networking and representation in regional and supra-regional bodies, working groups and cooperation associations with the aim of increasing the visibility of your facilities

A completed economic study and/or professionally appropriate basic qualification; alternative training/studies in a social profession, e.g. social work, pedagogy, psychology with sound business training Including professional experience in the environment of inclusion firms, workshops for disabled people (WfbM) or supervised/integrated housing Multi-year leadership experience Modern, value-adding leadership style and joy in developing and shaping an area Solution-oriented working and good self-organization with intrinsic motivation Networker with self-starter mentality German fluent in word and writing
