Here your skills are asked:

Conducting all commercial works for our construction sites and working communities Cooperation with the building management, project management and purchasing Testing of supplier and contractor accounts Completion and monitoring of payment transactions Creating evaluations for building and project management Participation in the guarantee management Work on monthly reporting, controlling and performance reporting

Take this with you:

completed commercial vocational training, ideally in a construction company, or equivalent qualification Secure handling of MS Office programs, knowledge in SAP and iTWO are desirable Excellent cost awareness and high number affinity Communication strength and enforcement Organization is your strength - you also keep an overview in complex projects
