Editing tickets, prioritizing tasks as well as help with troubleshooting in first and second level support Participation in the telephone hotline for employees: Help in expanding and optimizing service processes Cooperation in projects within the field Monitoring and maintenance of the ticket system Compliance with SLAs Support for escalation situations Using the documentation of fault solutions and checklists Evaluation of new technologies in the client environment and their periphery

Complete training as a specialist:in, preferably for system integration, or comparable Multiannual professional experience, expert knowledge and sensuality as supporter:in Working independently on innovative topics with the latest technologies Openness, communication strength and very good German Problem detection and solution competence Great design joy and solution orientation Interest in active relationship design and good information exchange
