The area CIO (Chief Information Office) is the digitization partner for the internal BWI departments. Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of top experts Responsible management of technical topics such as performance management, governance, process management, financial planning, Agile Framework Management of CIO business planning (planning, forecasting and multiannual planning) and communication to the company Deduction and tracking of targets to OKR (Objectives & Key Results) for CIO departments along with CIO Management Designing specifications (including project management method framework, risk management, information security requirements, data protection) Representation of CIO Head of Committees and Top Management

A successfully completed master's degree in IT management or a comparatively qualified training 10 years of professional experience in a CIO organization or internal IT department Multiannual leadership experience and a differentiated leadership understanding Experience in the introduction and/or work with the methodology Objectives & Key Results Reliability, strong team orientation and communication skills and customer orientation
