You guide a motivated team of 13 product consultants and support their development, taking on the disciplinary and professional leadership. You create a positive working atmosphere and inspire your team to be successful together. You take responsibility for the organization, technicality, quality assurance and management of the daily operating business. You support new employees during their onboarding and make them fit for their tasks. You question existing processes and drive innovations to make our team even better. You are the first contact point for companies and sales partners in the field of private property and KFZ insurance. You actively participate in the recruiting process and shape the future of your team and meet key personnel decisions. Together with your team, you take on the technical advice of our affiliated intermediaries, take care of the management and optimization of our comparison computers and implement new and innovative insurance solutions.

You have successfully completed training or studies in the insurance sector and have already gained valuable professional experience, ideally also in sales. You are well aware of private property insurance and KFZ insurance and have a comprehensive overview of the cross-company product range. You have first experience in the management of your team and attach great importance to motivating and developing your team. You are experienced in the coaching of employees and actively supports them in their professional development. You are thrilled with the market, have a good sense of trends and can quickly identify action options. You'll be safe, you'll be a real organizational talent and score with your precision and conscience. You have already gained experience in process optimization and always find ways to make processes more efficient. You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex facts clearly and understandably. The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you.
