Completed university studies (e.g. Bachelor or Diploma FH), ideally in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Education, Psychology or a comparable field Interest in the topics Brand Building, Career Planning, Human Resources and Development at Universities for Applied Sciences First experiences or contact points in the fields of recruiting and employer branding as well as in project work are desirable Interest in developing and implementing new concepts and processes in the context of higher education Joy in communication with different target groups and cooperation with internal and external actors Structured, independent and service-oriented mode of operation and organisational skills Own initiative, willingness to design and interest in actively promoting new topics Very good German and safe English knowledge in word and writing
