Head of Service (m/f/d)

Operational management of a service and production area with around 25 employees Introduction and control of relevant key figures on productivity, throughput times and faults clarification and liability at central interfaces, in particular between service, sales and quality Establishing clear guidance rules and consistent implementation of defined standards Further development of the area towards stable profitability and scalable structures Preparation for rising volumes, additional layers and expanded capacities

Technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering, production processes or comparable Multiannual leadership experience in industrial production environment Knowledge of production management and process control Experience with key figures systems and productivity increase Enforcement, Conflict and Structured Operation Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems Very good German knowledge

Strategically relevant leadership position with high visibility Design space in a phase of professionalization and efficiency enhancement Responsibility for an economically important, growing service area Long-term perspective within planned capacity and location expansions
