Clerk in Lift Management Asset Management | Operational Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the perception and organisation of all maintenance measures for the operation of the conveyors You coordinate main and intermediate examinations and work technically and commercially with external lift management service providerin You accept tendering, commissioning and billing of maintenance services You maintain the conveyor systems in the CAFM system and keep them up to date You follow the maintenance cycles and test dates and keep them after You initiate and unwind disruptions You assess and prioritize maintenance measures according to urgency You coordinate assignments with usersin/Mieter*in and perform on-site instructions You order re-enterprises in SAP according to subscription law and do the invoice processing and digital document storage

You have completed technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, facility management) or comparable qualification You bring well-founded experience in the maintenance management of conveyor systems You know CAFM systems (ideally Speedikon) and SAP; first experience in tendering and awarding processes as well as additional costs and billing You understand maintenance cycles, test dates and relevant deadlines of legal requirements You can create technical assessments and set priorities; You work targeted, structured and cooperative You are powerful, service-oriented and co-ordination You work independently, document comprehensible and are ready for on-site instructions You enjoy unique properties – just like us!
