Senior Consultant Regional Bank Consulting / Restructuring (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Regionalbankberatung (m/w/d), you support the consulting of individual regional banks or their affiliates and contributes to complex projects with deep (quantitative) analyses and research. Hands-on entry: You work directly on a customer project, for example in the preparation, execution and documentation of interviews or workshops (often on site with the customer). Early responsibility: In cooperation with our experienced consultants, you transfer task packages to subprojects - depending on your experience and knowledge. Sense for details: Business models, strategic positioning or dedicated aspects of regional banks in (over) regional and digital competition will be evaluated in the team. Useful digital transformation: Structures and processes at the entire house level can be optimized or developed in a targeted manner. Future strength: The team will support you with the focus on sustainability, green financing, and ESG criteria to formulate sustainability strategies.

Master's degree in Economics or Law, in Business Informatics or in Business Engineering or in Business Mathematics successfully completed Professional experience in the financial services industry in banks, insurance companies or other service providers or experience in consulting Interest in solving challenging tasks with business, technical and sometimes legal background Proactive, dedicated team player with safe appearance, creativity, independence, customer orientation, self-responsibility and very good MS Office skills readiness to travel (min. 75%) as well as German and English very well in word and writing
