You identify potential applications for AI & Automation in our processes, communication channels and other relevant areas. You develop solutions for implementing AI in our products to optimize efficiency and ease of use (e.g. ChatBot) Together with IT, you implement the implemented solutions and analyze the relevant metrics for continuous improvement of products You will keep up with technological trends and developments in AI to introduce innovative product features In close cooperation with IT, customer consulting, management and external partners, you work on projects to integrate AI

A current study in economics, BWL, VWL, computer science, etc. A strong interest in AI & Automation topics with first knowledge / experiences or the willingness to acquire them quickly Very good analytical skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality An eye for design and user experience to enable the best customer experience through AI & Automation Strong conceptual skills and a structured independent working German language skills and good English skills in word and writing complete your profile
