in full or part-time for the activation of unemployed persons in a measure for support and mediation (unt2nV). The place is first fixed for one year with the possibility of continued employment.

Your tasks include:

• Intensive educational support for participants
• Establishment of competence and transfer of basic technical and professional skills
• Sustainable removal of barriers to mediation
• orientation at the choice of occupation
• the placement of participants in employment in accordance with the objectives of the measure
• Cooperation with offices and authorities
• Contact care to clients and network partners
• Project-related documentation activities and administrative work

We wish:

• completed studies – preferably in a pedagogical direction
• relevant experience in adult education or work with unemployed adults
• Communication strength, empathy & safe occurrence
• Motivation, creativity and team skills
• Secure application of MS Office applications, chat functions and video telephony
