In your role as group manager Information Security Office & ICT-Risk, you take responsibility at the interface between regulation, technology and disciplines. You actively support and shape the information security and ICT risk management of the Union Investment Group. As a group leader*in Information Security Office & ICT-Risk, you take the following tasks: Exciting tasks: today AI, tomorrow post-quantant cryptography - work on topical topics from ICT risk management, cyber & information security at one of the leading asset managers with centralized IT and several subsidiaries Design playroom: actively shape the implementation of DORA, the AI Act and other relevant standards. Bring in your ideas, inspire your employees and promote our information security and ICT risk management Central interface: You are the central contact person both within the Union Investment and outside - over DZBank, group companies, supervisory and security authorities Perspective: Takeover of the CISO function of the Union Investment Group Management responsibility: You are responsible for a team of 10 specialists in information security and continuously develop this team in line with current requirements and the unique Union Investment Leadership Culture A strong team: We work together on solutions – with open communication and flat hierarchies

Professional experience in leadership and further development of a team, coupled with empathy and persuasiveness as well as a healthy level of enforcement Experience in information security and ICT risk management, ideally in the financial sector Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, basic IT protection Regulatory knowledge about DORA, the AI Act and similar requirements Communication strength to understand complex facts Mobile work is very self-evident, as is the majority presence on site in our modern offices in Frankfurt am Main.
