● Contact person for accounting questions within the finance team and hotels ● Support for monthly accounts and control of balance sheets and accounts ● Creation of sales tax pre-registrations ● Booking and reporting of assets for several hotels ● Preparation and coordination of documents for annual accounts and audits ● Participation in operational and external testing ● Control, monitoring and optimization of internal processes and automated processes ● Maintenance of master data, systems and interfaces in different software modules ● Approval of invoices and weekly payment runs in representation ● Management of creditor accounting and archiving systems • Introducing new colleagues
