Organisation and management of a commercial training company with a focus on e-commerce in cooperation with other trainers Supporting the participants in refreshing their professional knowledge in the commercial sector/e-commerce sector Individual support of participants with psychological limitations based on tailor-made training plans Implementation of application training and support for participants in the search for external internships and jobs Assessment of the training needs of the assigned rehabilitation students* and individual progress during the course of the training

Completed commercial training as well as multi-year relevant professional experience in the commercial sector of companies (ideally experience in e-commerce) Experience as an instructor is advantageous Very good knowledge of accounting as well as in various PC applications (especially Windows, MS Office, Lexware) Ideally experience in personnel handling incl. Income statement Interest in dealing with the specific target group of participants Sovereign appearance and very pronounced delimitation ability as well as a high degree of empathy Willingness to constructive cooperation in an interdisciplinary team
