We offer the food industry ingredients for natural taste and ensure the right bite and balanced nutrients, perfectly suitable also for vegetarian and vegan products or authentic meat substitutes. To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time (40 hours) from August at the Werne site Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

You take care of ordering in the area of procurement and make sure everything is in the right place at the right time You take over order planning You support the management organizationally and keep the threads together in the background You process customer orders and ensure a smooth process You create offers and organize the shipping of patterns You're working on complaints and finding suitable solutions together with the team You enter our customers by phone and answer their requests

You have a completed commercial training and many years of experience in customer service/distribution You have an affinity for numbers and statistics and an analytical way of thinking You have profound experience with an ERP system (Microsoft AX) You have good computer skills You speak fluent English as we work with international suppliers You work structured, are well organized and keep track of multiple tasks
