Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Support for customer requests (by phone or in writing) • clarification of demand for wage billing with the Datev programs "Lohn & salary / LODAS" • Ensure customer satisfaction • Telephone customer service • Working in a responsible service community

Your qualifications: • Completed commercial training or comparable knowledge and skills • Basic technical understanding • Quick understanding in dealing with computer programs • Experience in telephone customer support
