They are the direct technical support of the HLSK, fire alarm systems They secure and organize operational functionality of the technical installations They are responsible for ensuring the contractual basis for maintenance/inspection and repair of the technical equipment and the preparation of maintenance plans Planning, pick-up of offers, ordering and coordination of the performance of the maintenance services, including check-in after delivery of the line, are also part of your tasks They serve and organize external craftsmen and service providers for smooth processes They monitor and control the TGA systems Acceptance of demand, disruption, damage and danger reports, order acquisition and control of the handling in all aspects of domestic engineering at the site Active introduction of self-initiatives for the energetic optimization of the TGA equipment You are the contact person for all aspects of home technology at the site

You are an experienced specialist in the field of HKLS or electrical and have several years of experience in the field of industrial/technical TGA They have expertise in measuring, control and control technology (MSR) for precise control of the systems including the operation of the building automation in Siemens Desigo.
