Application consulting in the service and support team for the professional management of sales and control systems for eTickets Error, change management and system administration Organizational and systemic setup of new clients, modules and interfaces Implementation of release/regression/integration tests, error analyses and documentation Support or implementation of the technical development of applications, creation of concepts and project management Contact for our clients, system operators, participating partners and teams, product managers and contractors Planning and implementation of specialist voting, workshops, presentations and tests

Completed university studies or completed vocational training with IT reference First professional experience in IT service desk and system administration desirable Embossed customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills in word and writing Good analytical and conceptual skills Interest and willingness to work in new areas of responsibility and themes Teamability and a high level of commitment and responsibility
