Own Your House: Know out - Pack with – Inform your team You are the most important contact person for our guests and employees and take care of their well-being Controlling the operating and administrative departments in the house is your responsibility You work closely with the Director of Operations NORD and the Head Office in Munich In addition to the daily routine at the hotel, you will also be responsible for individual projects

You are a Logis Ass and have spent the main part of your career in the Rooms area If a lot is going on, you'll be happy to pack up and support your team in everyday business The talent development and promotion of your employees is your top priority You are a fan of the Situative Leadership style and prefers communication at eye level You master German and English in word and writing
