We will then look for you as a real estate consultant (m/w/d) with the focus on acquisition and marketing of real estate for the reinforcement of our team in Göttingen.

You like to communicate, go towards people and strengthen our team in the acquisition of new and the care of existing customers. You process purchase, or hire, for this purpose, records the needs of your search clientele in detail and ensures a smooth switching. With sound knowledge of the Göttinger real estate market, you analyze real estate, including location, size and equipment. For your contractors, you will prepare object documents, create extensive exhibits and reports on your activities. You accompany our clientele from initial contact to consulting appointments and visits to the business conclusion.

You bring a high affinity for real estate and sales, have already created a network in the regional real estate industry and have experiences in real estate. You prove your communication strength both in personal conversation and in written exchange. You have a strong service and are safe to negotiate with our customers and are strong in discussions. You are committed, motivated to develop yourself and can work independently. You take up new knowledge quickly, and a defeat does not throw you out of the train immediately. You know what you want to achieve and consistently pursue your goals. You have a completed training or a completed study.
