Assessment and handling of non-compliant products, processes and plants Definition and verification of measures to restore conformity and legality Implementation of audits, controls and hygiene controls to ensure quality standards Creation and maintenance of relevant documents such as work instructions and test plans Participation in the development of QS instruments and control points Training of employees on quality and food safety issues Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers for the calibration of measuring instruments and troubleshooting

Your profile Complete vocational training in the food sector good knowledge of German in word and writing Professional experience in food production or industry Knowledge of HACCP, GHP Experience in industrial food production Analytical thinking, innovative spirit and structured working Team orientation and enforcement Layerability (two layer)
