You ensure a smooth running of all operational commercial processes and are the central contact person for organizational and economic issues Control and implementation of monthly results and control talks with project and construction managers Active participation in the creation of the work costing and monitoring of the building site results Together with the controlling, you will ensure a brief coordination and timely transmission of the performance messages Responsibility for the timely preparation and testing of investment planning Accompanying the project transfer in close coordination with purchasing and costing Check contracts and contracts for completeness and cost-effectiveness Participation in the settlement of current construction sites and regular control of payment transactions Coordination of contract, guarantee, payment and guarantee matters Close exchange with entrepreneurs, suppliers and brokers in insurance cases

Completed commercial studies or comparable training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in accounting, ideally in the construction industry - Track construction Embossed commercial understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Secure handling of specialist software, such as SAP S/4 Hana, as well as enhanced handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel Communication strength, enforcement capability and a high degree of reliability
