Teaching and examination support: You support the implementation of lectures, exercises, seminars and exams in the fields of business, economic psychology, intercultural psychology and methodology. Student support: For technical and organizational questions (e.g. for individual modules or student works), you can provide advice to the students. Infrastructure management: You maintain, maintain and work with your expertise in further expanding the infrastructure required for the courses. Scientific cooperation: Joint scientific activities are supported by you organizationally and professionally.

Qualification: As a basis, you have a successfully completed (special) university degree (Bachelor) in the field of business or economic psychology. You will also bring good knowledge of empirical research methods (proven, for example, by a successful methodological bachelor's or master's thesis or Application of R or SPSS). Experiences: At best, you could gain first experiences with experiments as well as first own (qualitative or quantitative) research experiences. Ready to use: In order to carry out the tasks, you will be prepared to work in new fields and to engage in various research projects. Language skills: You master the German and English language in each case on C1/B2 level.
