Group Leader Technical Property Management Campus (m/f/d)

Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team in technical property management. Service provider control: Optimization and control of the FM service provider incl. SLA/KPI management and continuous process improvement on campus with over 250,000 m2. Budget responsibility: Result-oriented budget planning at object level, capacity planning and promotion and development of employees. Quality Management: Quality Compensation Is/sounds according to service levels, creation of cost/benefit analyses and derivation of improvement measures. Operator responsibility: Quality assurance for compliance with all operator obligations and reduction of operator risks incl. Safety of work. Maintenance strategy: Ensuring technical maintenance, controlling contractual services and developing maintenance strategies and plans (preventive, conditional and risk-based). Technical optimization: development of long-term measures for technical installations (e.g. energy efficiency, life cycle costs, modernisation). Interface Management: Close, ongoing coordination with commercial property management, project management, asset management and other internal stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation: Compilation of regular reporting, KPI overviews and audit-proof documentation (including operator and detection requirements).

Complete study in the field of building technology, facility/immobility management or construction Comprehensive experience in technical object and building management as well as in facility management Management experience or the aim to take over leadership and responsibility and to develop employees Valuable, promotional guiding style “at eye level” holistic object view (technical to commercial) Structured and analytical thinking skills as well as pronounced problem-solving skills Passion, pragmatism and high target orientation Structured and connected working methods as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action High resilience, high level of self-initiative and quality standards and service orientation Rapid understanding of complex relationships Negotiating skills and enforcement Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications, ideally SAP and CAFM knowledge
