Our kita "KinderGalaxie" in Schwerin Mueßer Holz is a place where children from all over the world can develop, try and feel comfortable. We work according to the life-related approach (Prof. Norbert Huppertz), which focuses on the individual needs of the children in here and now and is the basis for a loving and promoting environment in our Kita – inclusive and integrated every day. A variety of projects support this approach and the holistic development of the little ones: we are a language kita, a certified "house of small researchers", have a wooden workshop, a media room, a snoezel space and much more. Your tasks:

• As a member of the Kita team, you will accompany and promote the development of the children entrusted to us from one year to the school entrance
• You can document your observations in the course of educational work regularly and evaluate them
• The implementation of the setup concept according to the "life-related approach" (Prof. Norbert Huppertz) is just as important as the planning, implementation and documentation of various projects for the children
• Your strengths and interests (music, languages, craftsmanship, creativity...) are welcome to us
• Your ideas are in demand: in regular team sessions you can get involved and shape the pedagogical development of Kita
• Participation in the Supervision offers you the opportunity to reflect your working day regularly
• The further development of our pedagogical professionals is very important to us – you participate in regular (team) further education
