For my new, completely gluten-free bakery and pastry with small café in Würzburg, I am looking for a reliable and active support for the pastry/bakery

Your tasks:

You support me in all preparatory and accompanying work in daily production. These include in particular:

• weighing and providing ingredients according to the specifications
• Preparing and providing baking molds, sheets and working materials
• easy to prepare bread, pastries, cakes and cakes
• Cleaning, clearing and sorting of goods in cooling and deep cooling
• Packaging and labelling of finished baked goods
• Cleaning and sorting of raw materials and supplies
• rinsing and cleaning of molds, sheets, bowls, appliances and working utensils
• cleaning and preparation of jobs
• order and cleanliness in bakery, kitchen and storage
• general support in daily production processes

You should bring that:

You don't have to be a trained baker or confectioner or not a trained baker or confectioner. Reliability, care, cleanliness and readiness are much more important to me.

Since we exclusively produce gluten-free, careful and hygienic handling of food is particularly important.

Experience in a kitchen, bakery, confectionery or gastronomy is beautiful, but no requirement. A thorough incorporation takes place on site.
